Learning songs by ear is an incredible skill to have. And is certainly achievable with a bit of practice. This is the best way to start, hearing bass lines.

Once you have practicing hearing bass lines and power chords, then next step is to try and hear full triads. In this video I will explain tips on how to do so. As well as some examples, good luck!
